CARING FOR ADULTS: RESPECTFUL BREEDING AND HEALTHY BREEDING CATS

Our breeding cats are raised with love and passion; females breed only once a year (barring medical exceptions) and spend the vast majority of their time inside the house. While we have enclosures to separate them and manage any conflicts, they use them only for short periods. From birth to adulthood, the young cats stay with us in the living room to foster a trusting relationship and a bond that remains strong throughout their lives. The enclosures are comfortable and feature an insulated cabin (built with sandwich panels) equipped with air conditioning and heating.

They receive a high-quality diet consisting of dehydrated meat with supplements, premium wet food, and raw meat.

Veterinary care: All kittens receive their first vaccination, booster shot, microchipping, sterilization, and deworming before joining you. Each kitten undergoes a final veterinary check-up before leaving for their new family.

We also perform tests on the parent cats:

Cardiac ultrasound for HCM screening and renal ultrasound for PKD

DNA tests for PKDef and PRA-b

DNA color testing

FIV/FeLV testing

Annual PCR testing for viruses and parasites (also performed whenever a new cat joins the cattery)

Bacteriological testing and blood work are conducted as needed, alongside pregnancy ultrasounds and pre- and post-birth care.

Rigorous hygiene and daily disinfection complete our care protocol.

The keys to a well-adjusted kitten: A kitten MUST STAY WITH ITS MOTHER FOR THE FIRST THREE MONTHS to get the best start in life.

Separating a kitten from its mother too early, or a lack of socialization with humans, can leave lasting marks on its behavior. That is why our kittens grow up WITH THEIR MOTHERS for OPTIMAL SOCIALIZATION—first in an adaptable nursery (starting small to learn litter box habits, then expanding to include play areas and climbing structures as they grow), and later in the living room. There, they learn not to bite cords or scratch the sofa while receiving plenty of cuddles and stimulation—creating the perfect environment for them to thrive.

Breeding comes at a significant cost.

Raising cats with care and a focus on well-being represents a substantial investment. This covers, among other things: all food and the breeding health protocol described above; facilities (enclosures, insulated/heated/air-conditioned cabins, a nursery set up in insulated shipping containers with all comforts, plus quarantine and infirmary areas); furniture and supplies that need regular replacement (scratching posts, cat trees, litter boxes, toys, specialized cleaning products, and small equipment); and significant fuel and electricity costs.

However, breeding a specific breed also means taking the time to select the best individuals according to the breed standard and importing breeding cats from top catteries abroad.

A high-quality Bengal breeding cat costs between €3,000 and €5,000, excluding travel and import fees.

Here are our kitten prices:

• Female pet kitten: €1,500 (spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, LOOF registered)

• Male pet kitten: €2,000 (neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, LOOF registered)

• Breeding kitten: €3,500 / €4,000

  Cheaper... but at what cost ?

  Of course, there are Bengal kittens available at lower prices. However, these attractive prices often hide corners cut on essentials: no parental health testing, no official pedigree, no microchip, insufficient socialization, potential carriers of diseases or parasites, and spaying/neutering not included.

  Buying a kitten is a commitment for ten to fifteen years; it should be a well-considered decision. We carefully select the families we work with; when contacting us, please take the time to describe your situation and what you are looking for.

  The process:

  We draw up a reservation contract, which becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit. A "certificate of commitment" must also be completed (mandatory by law since 2025).

  Photos and videos are sent throughout the kitten's growth.

  On the day of departure, we sign a bill of sale. You receive a folder containing an invoice, health records, a health booklet or passport, a certificate of good health, parental test results, an adoption guide, and the LOOF registration certificate.
